A kiss pour is the name given to the technique of putting different colors of paint into a two cup and then pouring them onto the canvas at the same time,
letting the two streams of falling paint interact with each other before landing on the canvas.

I'll often cover the canvas with one color first, that way the paint spreads out without the pattern on top changing much.
It can be very interesting to include the background color in one of the cups.
